FY 2013 New Access Point Grant Awards Announced On September 13, Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius announced awards totaling over $1 million to two New York FQHCs – Hudson River HealthCare and Lutheran Family Health Services – to fund new health service delivery sites.
