National Health Center Week 2013 a Great Success! We want to thank you for yet another successful National Health Center Week! CHCANYS staff was honored to participate in a number of the celebrations that took place across the state, as health centers demonstrated the different ways in which they unite and affect positive change within the communities they serve.
