• As of November 5, 2012, power has been restored to the New York City Public Health Laboratory building. Routine testing will resume, and specimens are being accepted. If you have any questions about specimen submission or handling during regular business hours, please call the Public Health Laboratory at 212-447-2578. After regular business hours, you can call 212-764-7667.
   
• Beginning, Monday, October 29, AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) refill criteria has been relaxed to enable consumers to get medications that were lost, damaged or otherwise unavailable as a result of Hurricane Sandy.  Providers and consumers may call ADAP at 800-542-2437 for more information.  ADAP is fully staffed in Albany, and staff will do everything they can to make sure consumers get the medications they need.
