East Hill Family Medical, Inc.; Family Health Network of Central New York, Inc.; Finger Lakes Community Health; Northern Oswego County Health Services, Inc.; North Country Family Health Center, Inc; Regional Primary Care Network; and Syracuse Community Health Center, Inc. will jointly host a breakfast for state and federal elected officials to raise awareness about the mission and accomplishments of community health centers and discuss opportunities for potential collaboration.
Free health services to include blood pressure screening, podiatry, mammogram screening, dentist team, dietitian food demo, rock wall, Zumba, bouncy house, music, arts and crafts, face painting, and give-a-ways.

The purpose of this event is to explore and better understand the barriers women are facing when accessing prenatal care and provide families a platform and opportunity to share their voices and stories, so that we can reframe the ways in which women are engaged and reduce high rates of maternal and infant mortality seen within the community.
