On February 26, CHCANYS and the NYS Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare will convene a regional meeting for NYC and Long Island based community health centers and behavioral health providers. This meeting, which will be hosted by Settlement Health (212 E 106 ST., New York, NY), is the first in a series of regional meetings that CHCANYS and NYS Council, with the support of the Delta Center for a Thriving Safety Net and RCHN Community Health Foundation, will be convening over the next two years to bring together community health centers and behavioral health providers to advance integrated care and support participation in value based payment arrangements. The meeting will take place 1 pm – 4 pm in Settlement Health’s 3rd floor conference room. We will be joined by various experts from DOH, including Udo Ammon, Jennifer Treacy, Joan Cleary-Miron and Shaymaa Mousa. Please RSVP to Cindy Levernois of the NYS Council by Wednesday, February 20.
