New York State HIV, HCV and STD Clinical Education Initiative (CEI) and Mount Sinai are offering a free program on pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV prevention in primary care settings. Intended for NYS medical providers, including physicians, physician assistants, nurses, nurse practitioners, dentists, and pharmacists, the program will focus on improving knowledge around PrEP for high-risk persons, PrEP candidacy and screening, patient management, common challenges, and questions about billing.
