Breast Cancer 101

 

This CME-eligible course will provide an overview of breast cancer management for primary care providers and physician extenders by breast specialists. Key topics of discussion will include risk assessment and risk reduction, identification of patients appropriate for genetic counseling, interpretation of pathology reports, the changing landscape of breast screening guidelines, and an overview of new treatments and survivorship, including a discussion on the role of the primary care provider in managing treated patients.
