QUALITY IMPROVEMENT

Increasing adult immunizations remains a challenge due to a myriad of issues, including patient understanding of the importance of vaccines, concerns about safety, common myths, and the ability of providers to include immunizations into the office workflow. This program from IPRO, a member of the Atlantic Quality Innovation Network, will review some of the common billing/payment issues and also highlight a program, the Annual Wellness Visit, to increase patient awareness and enable provider office improvement in immunization rates.
