On Tuesday, December 4, the NYS Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare and CHCANYS are co-hosting a forum for members that will focus on community health center and behavioral health collaboration models, approaches to integrated care in VBP arrangements, and networking to share lessons learned and best practices.
