Diabetes and the Eye
Dr. Daniel Casper, Associate Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at Columbia University, College of Physicians & Surgeons and Director of Ophthalmology at the Naomi Berrie Diabetes Center in New York City will provide a brief overview of diabetic retinal disease, including pathology, clinical findings, classification, current accepted treatments, and experimental/proposed therapies.
