Substitutions are allowable and must be sent via e-mail to rherreros@chcanys.org.

Cancellation Policy/No Show Policy: 

• Registration is firm upon receipt of payment.
• No cancellations allowed and NO SHOWS will not be refunded.
• Substitutions are allowed and must be e-mailed to rherreros@chcanys.org no later than October 30th. 
• If paying by check, you will be invoiced upon registration.  Invoice must be paid immediately upon receipt.
