This intensive, two-day training hosted by CHCANYS is developed by Feldesman, Tucker, Leifer, and Fidell, LLP and RSM McGladrey Inc., with the support of the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC). The content will be provided by the expert faculty of Peter Epp, Adam Falk, Esq., Jacki Leifer, Esq., Matthew Grob, CPHIMS, FHIMSS, Kim Harrison, and will focus on specific issues relating to corporate compliance for community health centers including New York-specific concerns such as the recently issued Provider Compliance Regulations. The two-day schedule is full of valuable information.
