Developing a Competitive NAP Application: Quality Improvement / Quality Assurance Plan

Organizations applying for a NAP are required to develop a Quality Improvement / Quality Assurance (QA/QI) Plan. During this webinar, presenter David Adams (President of Health Care and Management Strategies, LLC) will review the key components of a QI/QA plan, including risk management procedures, clinical goals and required Clinical Performance Measures, and utilization of QI results to improve performance.
The objectives of this webinar are to: (a) review the key areas of a QI/QA plan; (b) describe how Clinical Measures are incorporated as part of the QI/QA Plan and are consistently followed and documented to reflect evaluation methodologies for improvement; and (c) discuss the importance of specific documentation to reflect meaningful QI/QA activities.
